“Callebaut NXT” is Belgian chocolate maker Callebaut’s next-generation plant-based chocolate.

Barry Callebaut is a company headquartered in Switzerland. It’s plant-based chocolate “Callebaut NXT” obtained VegeProject’s vegan certification. In addition, it also obtained halal, kosher and pareve certification from another company. Callebaut NXT’s vegan series include dark chocolate as well as plant-based milk chocolate.

In August 2023, the “5th Chocolate Innovation Contest 2023” will be held. The contest aims to widen the manufacturing, planning, sales and innovation skills of top chefs and young creators who have usually worked using animal ingredients. The winners of the contest will receive prizes.
