The Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government have once again published the TOKYO Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide this year.

This booklet is a guidebook introducing restaurants in Tokyo that cater to vegan and vegetarian food needs. VegeProject Japan has cooperated in its production since the guide was first launched, and we also supervised this 2026-2027 edition.
