On July 22–24, 2026, Hotel & Restaurant Show & FOODEX JAPAN in Kansai 2026 will be held at INTEX Osaka. This exhibition is the largest B2B event in the Kansai region for the hospitality and food industries.

VegeProject Japan will once again organize the annual “VegeProject Zone,” a dedicated area featuring vegan and plant-based products made without animal-derived ingredients.

On Friday, July 24, a live cooking demonstration will also be held by Junichi Nakai, the owner-chef of the popular vegan restaurant “Paprika Shokudo Vegan,” one of Osaka’s pioneering vegan restaurants.

VegeProject Zone: Dedicated to Vegan Products

In this area, 12 companies—including businesses that have obtained Vegan Certification—will exhibit alongside VegeProject Japan. Visitors can sample and learn about a wide variety of vegan products, including meat and seafood alternatives, soup stocks and ramen soups, muffins, snacks, and other confectionery.
