TOKYO Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide

The Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government publish the “TOKYO Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide” every year, a guidebook that helps users find vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants in Tokyo. Our organization has been involved in the creation of this guide since its first edition, and the newly updated 2025-2026 edition is now complete.

TOKYO Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide 2025-2026

The guide introduces restaurants by three categories: “All menu items are vegan,” “Some menu items are vegan,” and “Some menu items are vegetarian.” It features a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, Chinese, Italian, French, ramen, burgers, and sweets, accompanied by appetizing photos of vegan and vegetarian-friendly dishes. It also includes information such as the restaurant’s category, QR codes for their website and Google Maps, phone numbers, and business hours.

Among the 123 restaurants featured, some are certified under our organization’s Vegan Certification program.
