From January 30th to February 8th, 2024, the “Life Information Exhibition” was held in the citizens’ lobby of the Kawachinagano City Hall in Osaka Prefecture. This event, organized by the Kawachinagano Consumers’ Association, featured panel displays related to consumer life.

The exhibition included information on soy meat and food loss issues, and showcased several soy meat products that use our vegan label.

The panel on soy meat highlighted the recent popularity of soy meat, its comparable amino acid score to meat, fish, and dairy products, and presented various soy meat products detailing their “product name,” “ingredients,” “allergen information,” “manufacturer,” “price,” “mark,” and “store of purchase” in a table. Products using our vegan label were marked with a sticker.

The poster was carefully hand-written by staff members after researching the product labels.

The food loss panel also addressed the issue of global food supply in a context of population growth, one of the reasons behind the growing interest in plant-based proteins.

We would like to express our gratitude to the members of the Kawachinagano Consumers’ Association for focusing on soy meat and featuring numerous products using our vegan label.
