We sold a vegan tonkotsu ramen at the event held on November 15th.
In this event, we used a product of MSLC Co.,Ltd「Vege ramen soup tonkotsu style」for all the menus. Not only as tonkotsu style, but also as toppings, we put plant-based ingredients such as mock roasted pork and try to change the image of vegan that「Vegan have to put up with many things」
For the day of the event, we lent a shop called ‘Chukarou’ which located in Asakusabashi, Tokyo.
Gorgeous outlooking of ‘Chukarou’ and some decorations for this event intrigued people passed by the shop thus the event was very crowded.
We could hear the voice from customers that「The tonkotsu soup is rich in taste meanwhile its very

We are very happy to have this opportunity that many people could enjoy to eat vegan tonkotsu.

Thanks to all the heartwarming supports and corporation, we managed to finish the event which VegeProject’s Intern students came up. We conceive this event as a beginning of Vegan movement’s, so please give us support. We hope that this event would enhance the growth of vegan option.
