The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau produce the bilingual Tokyo Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide, which introduces restaurants working to accommodate vegetarian and vegan travelers.
Preparations are currently underway for the 2027–2028 edition, scheduled for publication in 2027. As in previous years, VegeProject Japan is cooperating in the production of the guide.
Applications are now open for restaurants wishing to be featured.
