Taito City Tourism Division is hosting an “Accommodating Food Diversity Seminar” on Friday, March 8, 2024. This seminar is tailored towards businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and retail stores, but the general public is also welcome.

At the event, representative Haruko Kawano from VegeProject Japan will speak as a lecturer. The seminar will be divided into two parts. First, Kawano will give a talk on “The Basics of Vegetarianism and Veganism”. Following this, there will be a conversation with “Vegan Prince” Alex Derycz.

The demand for vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based options among tourists and locals is growing. We hope this seminar will provide you with a deeper understanding of this trend.

You can participate either in-person or online. Registration is essential, but free of charge. Feel free to join or leave the event at whatever point is convenient for you!
