Amidst the rising interest in vegan foods rises in the private sector, VegeProject will be co-hosting a webinar with Values Consulting & Creation Group aimed for food producers and marketers.
Both from a standpoint of health trends and environmental awareness, vegan food has been attracting attention in recent years. This attention comes not only from vegans, but non-vegans as well, who are creating a demand that has resulted in big name food companies and restaurants diving into the plant-based food space. Within just March, several products certified vegan by VegeProject have also entered the market.
Values Consulting & Creation Group’s researcher will be presenting log and survey data on plant-based foods such as soy meat and oatmeal. VegeProject will be presenting on the fundamentals of vegetarian and vegan consumerism. VegeProject has also invited Kagome Co., Ltd., who will send their marketer talk about their actual experience in putting out vegan products. From this seminar listeners will be able to hear these various perspectives on the growing plant-based market.
