Since 2018, VegeProject Japan has been publishing “Tokyo VegeMap,” a paper map showcasing vegan-friendly establishments in Tokyo.

At the end of last year, we released the third edition of the map, “Tokyo VegeMap 2023-2024”. Various media, including The Nikkei newspaper and online media, have covered the news of the map’s renewal.

The Nikkei’s article was published on December 28, 2023. The article highlighted features such as the map’s bilingual Japanese and English format, the details of campaigns offering attractive coupons, and the map’s free distribution at tourist information centers.

Additionally, the article mentioned that detailed information about the listed establishments can be found on the online version, “Japan VegeMap“.

Tokyo VegeMap is distributed for free at tourist information centers, eateries, and hotels in Tokyo. For those who find it difficult to obtain a copy directly, we also offer individual mailing.

Tourist information centers, lodging facilities, and eateries interested in distributing our map can contact us at event[at]vegeproject.org (please replace “[at]” with “@”).

Furthermore, we plan to continue to update and renew Tokyo VegeMap in the following years. Eateries interested in being featured in our next edition, as well as eateries interested in introducing vegan options or seeking for advice, are encouraged to contact VegeProject Japan. We look forward to hearing from you!
