The Animal & Vegan Advocacy (AVA) Summit, which is one of the biggest vegan related summits in the world, will take place in Los Angeles from July 27 to 30 this year. The event aims to connect specialists and activists from the most prominent organizations in the vegan, plant-based, animal welfare and animal rights sector from all over the world.

Haruko Kawano, who was called as a speaker in 2022, will also join this year’s event representing VegeProject Japan.

The summit will gather 139 speakers from all around the world, such as filmmaker Ryuji Chua, Mercy for Animals’ president Leah Garces and Beyond Carnism founder Melanie Joy. VegeProject has been called as specialists in the field of corporate and institutional outreach in Asia.

We are looking forward to connecting with other organizations from around the world to learn from them and share what we have learned after 10 years of experience creating vegan options together with companies, institutions, local governments and student communities.
