A conversation interview took place on food inclusivity in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), especially vegan options, between Ms. Ikue Minami of Japan Convention Services, Inc. (JCS) and Haruko Kawano, President of VegeProject Japan. In the interview, they discussed the current situation and future outlook for meeting diverse food needs at event venues, as well as the connection with sustainability. The interview article is now available at the following link (Japanese only): “Food Inclusivity in MICE: Vegan Options from ‘Special Consideration’ to ‘A Standard for Success’”
In the past, we also had the opportunity to work with JSC at an event hosted by the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau that aimed to promote sustainable MICE. Please see the article at the link below for details.
