The “Fukushi Tsunagari Festa 2024” will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at Okachimachi Panda Square, near the south exit of JR Okachimachi Station. VegeProject Japan will join the event to introduce our activities and sell vegan-certified products at discount price.
This event is hosted by the Taito City Council of Social Welfare (Taito Shakyo), and various organizations and businesses based in the area will showcase their activities, sell products, and hold workshops. This will be a great opportunity for visitors to learn about these groups and for the participating organizations to connect with each other and the public.
VegeProject Japan has a strong connection with Taito City, having participated as speakers in several seminars on vegan catering hosted by the City. Additionally, our vegan certification has been used for the vegan menu at the Taito City Hall cafeteria.
At our tent, we will introduce our activities aimed at increasing vegan options, and distribute copies of Tokyo VegeMap, a paper-based map introducing vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants in Tokyo. We will also sell products that have received our vegan certification.
All the products on sale will be offered at special prices so that more people can discover and try them. We will be introducing these products on our Instagram account, so be sure to check it out.

We welcome everyone, from those who are already vegetarian or vegan to those who have never tried vegan products but are curious to learn more. Please stop by the “NPO VegeProject Japan” tent, and feel free to ask any questions or seek advice about vegan lifestyles.

In addition to the booths, there will be stage performances such as a taiko drum show, as well as a stamp rally where you can win prizes. This outdoor event is designed for people of all ages to enjoy.
Admission is free, and no pre-registration is required, so feel free to drop by any time.
Last year’s event was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, so we are excited to welcome you back after two years.
