Among the many projects that VegeProject works on, our common, unwavering goal is to create a society where vegan and vegetarian options are always available. For this end, our collaboration with companies is not simply to award vegetarian and vegan certifications, but to provide a range of services including consulting, helping with product development, dissemination, and sales promotion.
We would like to introduce two such recent initiatives in this article.
【Organizing Taste Testings for Product Development】
Vegan & gluten free shumai (steamed dumplings) taste testing
Getting consumers to choose vegan has much to do with putting out quality vegan products. Vegan products should be aimed beyond simply the vegan consumer to target the general public, but as the core consumer group, it is also important to get feedback from vegans, vegetarians, and those interested in that lifestyle. VegeProject is able to use its extensive network in the vegan community to collect feedback from vegans, vegetarians, and flexitarians.
Depending on the project, we do everything from collecting respondents, creating the feedback form, doing follow ups, and analyzing the results.
For this project we helped with a vegan shumai taste testing.
