From October 5th, the new vegan menu is on sale at the cafeteria of the Taito City Office (Chikashoku SAKURA). The dish is “Kakiage udon made with vegetable”.
We have checked all the ingredients and the menu is vegan certified by VegeProject.
On the menu, it is written that “veggie meal is good for our health, animals, and the earth environment.” The price is very reasonable at 450 yen .
This udon contains vegetables such as onion, carrots, mizuna, and green onions, is very satisfying to eat. Also the kakiage is crispy and becomes juicy when the soup is soaked in.
Anyone can use the cafeteria of Taito Ward Office. I highly recommend you to go to there.
