“Premium Food Show 2023” will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from April 12th (Wednesday) to 14th (Friday), 2023.

This is a food exhibition that focuses on food trends such as vegan, plant-based, halal, organic, and gluten-free. It consists of four categories: “Veg Food EXPO”, “Halal Market Fair”, “Gluten Free Corner”, and “Organic Food EXPO”.

Simultaneously, the FABEX exhibition for the ready-made meal and restaurant industry, as well as the Dessert Sweets & Bakery Festival will be held in the same venue, providing a very meaningful opportunity for business operators in the food sector.

 

“Vegan Selection” Area

This year, as a special project, “Vegan Selection” will be set up as a special vegan food and ingredients corner in “Veg Food EXPO”. This is a collaboration project between the premium food show and our company.
Our company will also exhibit at the booth together with businesses that have acquired vegan certification, introducing our activities and exhibiting a large number of certified products.
