Vegan curry is available at Higashi Seikyo (East Coop) at Hitotsubashi university. It was introduced there on 24th Oct and it will come back! 28tt Nov – 2nd Dec. Anybody regardless the students or not can use the cafeteria. Lots of big cut potatoes, carrots, onions,,, veggie curry! Vege Project Hitotsubashi Uni., congrats!
