Kaze to Hikari well known for its wide range of organic products and vegan-friendly cup noodles, is now selling “Vegan Broth-less Tantan Men.”

The recipe was supervised by Mr. Chihiro Miyazaki of Soranoiro, the pioneer of vegan ramen in Japan. Vegan Ramen Shop Soranoiro is the first ever ramen restaurant to be listed as a Bib Gourmand* in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2015.
