From April 10th (Wednesday) to April 12th (Friday), 2024, the “Premium Food Show 2024” will be held at Tokyo Big Sight.

This exhibition is specialized in global food themes such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal. It consists of four areas: “VegFood EXPO,” “Halal Market Fair,” “Gluten-Free Corner,” and “Organic Food EXPO.”

The exhibition will be held in conjunction with FABEX 2024, Japan’s largest business exhibition specialized in ready-to-eat meals and foodservice. Six other food and beverage exhibitions will be held simultaneously, attracting numerous businesses involved in food and beverages.

Vegan Selection Area

In collaboration with VegeProject Japan, this year too, the “VegFood EXPO” will include a vegan food & ingredient section: “Vegan Selection.”

Our organization will exhibit together with businesses that have obtained our vegan certification, showcasing our activities and various certified products.

Business Seminar on Vegan Catering

On the first day of the exhibition, VegeProject Japan’s director Haruko Kawano will speak in a business seminar alongside Mr. Takuya Narimatsu, Deputy Executive Chef at Tokyo Marriott Hotel.
