The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau are producing the Tokyo Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant Guide (in Japanese and English). This guidebook introduces restaurants that welcome vegetarian and vegan travelers.
Work is now underway for the 2026–2027 edition, scheduled for release in 2026. As in previous years, VegeProject Japan is cooperating in the production.
They are now accepting applications from businesses that wish to be listed.

If you run a restaurant in Tokyo that offers vegetarian or vegan meals, please consider applying.
The guidebook is distributed mainly at tourist information centers in Tokyo.

We are also conducting a survey to make the guidebook better.
