This event will introduce a wide range of products and services related to human and planetary health. Free business seminars will also be held.

Our organization will set up the “VegeProject Zone,” a dedicated area focusing on vegan and plant-based products at this exhibition, continuing our initiative from previous years.

Introducing Vegan and Plant-Based Foods at the “VegeProject Zone”

At the VegeProject Zone, we will bring together businesses that handle vegan products, including businesses that have obtained our Vegan Certification. A diverse range of vegan items will be showcased, including dairy-free and egg-free ice cream and white sauce, soy meat and vegan hamburgers, and seasonings made with organic ingredients.

Panel Discussion on Current Trends in the Plant-Based & Vegan Markets

On February 26 (Wed.), a business seminar on vegan and plant-based topics will be held. The seminar will consist of a keynote speech by our representative director, Haruko Kawano, followed by a panel discussion.

In the panel discussion, seven businesses engaged in the vegan market will share their experiences, challenges, and success stories in vegan and plant-based product development. The session will provide valuable insights for those looking to enter or expand in the vegan market.

We encourage participation not only from businesses interested in vegan and plant-based initiatives but also from those involved in sustainability and SDGs. Pre-registration for both exhibition entry and seminar participation is required. (Both free of charge.)
