Fukuoka City is advancing the “Fukuoka City Universal Food Promotion Project,” which helps local restaurants offer vegetarian, vegan, and Muslim-friendly options to promote Fukuoka’s unique food culture among vegan customers.

Activities include sharing information about Fukuoka City at events attended by vegetarian and vegan audiences, participating in trade shows for businesses, and expanding the number of vegan-friendly restaurants.

Our organization, VegeProject Japan, is actively supporting this project.

The event attracted a lively crowd, including the general public and business owners from Japan and abroad. It offered an opportunity to enjoy vegan gourmet food and foster connections.

This event raised awareness about Fukuoka City’s vegan initiatives, marking a positive step forward. We look forward to the continued growth of these efforts.
