A program offering seminars, workshops and 1-on-1 consultations for Tokyo-based businesses related to tourism, such as restaurants, hotels and retailers, has re-started again this year.

This project is part of the a project implemented by Tokyo Metropolitan Government to improve hospitality to tourists with diverse backgrounds and needs, including Muslim, LGBT+ and vegetarian/vegan individuals. VegeProject Japan has been the advisor in charge of vegetarian and vegan catering, and promoted the expansion of vegan-related activities within the program since 2019.

Vegetarian & Vegan Consultation and Advisory

Advisors are ready to provide seminars or wokshops as well as give 1-on-1 advice about vegetarian/vegan catering, either in-person or online.

Support of vegan menu development and ingredient sourcing
Support of marketing initiatives for vegan menus
