While living in Kyoto, Soyoka Nimura, who follows a vegetarian diet, has been performing a one-person show focused on societal problems such as famine and the environment.
The show is based on a message of “showing gratitude towards the earth and wishing for all living things to live in peace”.
After some time, she came to think of “Vegetarianism” as an extension of this gratitude, and so felt it was only natural to switch to a vegetarian lifestyle.
Soyoka has supported Vege Project for long years and she got an idea to start a crowdfunding with Vege Project. Kyoto Veggie Map is the one!
Distributing to the vegetarian map in English and Japanese listed on all vegetarian restaurants, cafes etc in Kyoto for free.
The map is connected to the web map by Vege Project.
We achieved the targets amount before the last 9 days. We achieved our goal exceeding 153% thanks to 96 people supporting this project. We really appreciate all of you and will keep working to complete veggie map with Soyoka.
We will do our best to make the veggie map!
