European-style Vegan Cheese Making Workshop
The Anderson’s first workshop in Japan got so much popularity and as soon as we publish,
the reservation list became full!
Anderson Santos is the founder and owner of Berlin’s vegan cheese brand Cashewbert.
He will visit Japan for the first time and we VegeProject Japan organize his workshops.
We will prepare the additional workshops for those who are in the waiting list!
Compared with the first workshop, the 2nd one is shorter but you will learn
the science behind the fermentation process and the steps to make vegan Camembert!
Also you will get around 15 p document about his vegan cheese.
