We had a tasting event to innovate vegan menus at cafeterias in Kyoto university.
We had a discussion with Coop which runs the cafeterias, the companies which supply vegan products and students of Vege Project Kyoto university.
Vegan ramen with vegan “Chinese-style barbecued pork”, which is developed for Kyoto uni, Croquette with vegan meat and vegetables, Spicy curry rice, Steamed vegan meat… Delicious and inexpensive vegan menus will be available soon! We will keep you posted.
