They sell three kinds of vegetable broth: UMAMI DASHI vegetable, UMAMI DASHI vegetable low-salt, and UMAMI DASHI tomato. UMAMI DASHI vegetable and UMAMI DASHI vegetable low-salt are made out of four kinds of domestically produced vegetables: onion, carrot, cabbage and ginger. UMAMI DASHI tomato uses a local farmer’s fruit tomato. They are chemical seasoning-free yet very flavorful. They go well not only with Japanese-style meals but also with western food and other international dishes.
