The focus on plant-based, vegetarian and vegan continues to grow every year. Below we introduce three upcoming plant-based events in Japan that VegeProject Japan are working together.
●Seminar @Health & Wellness Japan Expo 2022 (February 8th-10th)
The 40th Health & Wellness Japan Expo 2022 will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 8th to 10th 2022.
This Expo is the largest business trade show in Japan in the field of health.
In addition to exhibiting health-related products and services, 20 free business seminars will also be held to introduce the latest news in the field for Japan and overseas.
Representative director of VegeProject Japan Haruko Kawano will provide a seminar on the plant-based market.

With approximately 20,000 participants from 400 companies in the sector, and more than 3000 products and services exhibited, this will be an opportunity to learn about the latest domestic and global trends regarding functional foods, health foods, supplements, beauty goods, and organic and natural products.

●VEG FOOD EXPO ＠Premium Food Show 2022 (April 13th-15th)
“Premium Food Show 2022” (held at the same time as the FABEX) will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 13th to 15th. This is an exhibition specialized in food-diversity markets such as the vegetarian, halal, and gluten-free markets.
This year, the area for vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based markets will be bigger and named “VEG FOOD EXPO” within the Premium Food Show. VegeProject Japan has been involved to make VEG FOOD EXPO and will have a booth at the event.
Application to join VEG FOOD EAPO is currently open. If you are a company producing vegan products and are interested in exhibiting, please contact staff@vegeproject.org.
Various vegetarian and vegan products will be introduced and business meetings will be held.

●LUSH Plant-Based Live Event @Youtube LIVE (January 20th)
On January 20th, a live broadcast event will be held on the official YouTube channel of LUSH Japan.
VegeProject Japan will provide a talk on the benefits of plant-based lifestyles under the title “Plant-based Diets for a Healthy Body and Healthy Planet“. Feel free to join this broadcast!
