This year, a program providing seminars, workshops, and one-on-one consultations for Tokyo-based tourism-related businesses, such as restaurants, hotels, and retailers, has been relaunched.

This initiative, implemented by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, aims to enhance hospitality for tourists with diverse backgrounds and needs, including Muslim, LGBT+, and vegetarian/vegan individuals. Since 2019, VegeProject Japan has been the advisor in charge of vegetarian and vegan catering, actively promoting the expansion of vegan-related activities within the program.
