Premium Food Show 2025 will take place at Tokyo Big Sight between April 15 (Tue) and April 17 (Thu).

This exhibition specializes in global food themes such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal. It consists of four areas: “VegFood EXPO,” “Halal Market Fair,” “Gluten-Free Corner,” and “Organic Food EXPO.”Banner image for Premium Food Show 2025

This exhibition is scheduled to be held together with other food and beverage exhibits, including “FABEX 2025,” one of Japan’s largest exhibits in the ready-to-eat and dining-out industries. Every year, many businesses involved in food, beverages, and dining participate.

Setting Up a Dedicated Area for Vegan Foods and Ingredients

A special vegan food and ingredient area called “Vegan Selection” will be set up again this year at the Veg Food EXPO, as a joint project between VegeProject Japan and Premium Food Show.

In this area, we will showcase a wide variety of vegan products—such as vegan meats, cheeses, butter and custard cream alternatives, as well as retort and frozen foods—together with businesses who have acquired our vegan certification, as well as other companies offering vegan products.

A dedicated vegan food and ingredient corner, 'Vegan Selection,' is set up within 'VegeFood EXPO' at the Premium Food Show.
