FOOD STYLE Kyushu 2024, a large-scale food exhibition, took place on November 13-14, 2024, at Marine Messe Fukuoka.
A dedicated Fukuoka City area at the venue showcased initiatives to support restaurants and accommodations in meeting diverse dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. This was part of Fukuoka City’s initiative to attract diverse tourists to the area, VegeProject Japan participating as experts in vegetarian and vegan solutions. Businesses producing and selling vegetarian or vegan products also exhibited in this area alongside our organization.
In our booth, we introduced vegan-certified products and provided free consultations about vegetarian and vegan catering.
We exhibited along the following companies:
NDC Co., Ltd.: Showcased their new soy-based product “Karuage” in dishes like rice bowls, hamburgers, and skewers.
Tsukishima Foods Industry Co., Ltd.: Introduced their “Poff” series with vegan-certified fresh cream, custard cream, and puddings made using these ingredients.
Kewpie Corp.: Highlighted products from their GREEN KEWPIE series, including plant-based mayonnaise, scrambled eggs, and plant-based meat sauce.
This event created opportunities to connect with many businesses and share practical tips for developing vegetarian and vegan options.
We are grateful for this opportunity and extend our thanks to Fukuoka City staff, event organizers, exhibiting businesses, visitors, and everyone contributing to the expansion of vegetarian and vegan options.
