A online seminar to support the introduction of vegetarian, vegan and halal menus hosted by Gifu Prefecture for local businesses will be held on October 18.

The seminar will cover both basic and practical information, featuring experts in vegetarian, vegan and halal catering as well as export-related fields. Haruko Kawano, the representative of VegeProject Japan, will give a presentation on the fundamentals of veganism and vegetarianism, as well as case studies and key initiatives related to exports.
