Vegan butter and vegan lard from Miyoshi-yushi are on sale

Miyoshi Oil & Fat Co., Ltd., one of Japanese biggest BtoB food company, has released butter-flavored and lard-flavored plant-based oils and fats.

These are  newly released products.

・Plant-based Margarine -Butter Taste-

・Plant-based Seasoning Oil -Lard Taste-

 

Both are vegan certified by the VegeProject japan. They have been sold in cardboard boxes (5 kg) and sale since at the end of September 2020. They are useful for the development of vegan products in industry.

 

Butter-tasted ones use only plant-derived ingredients such as flowers and fruits and are recommended for baked sweets and bread.

 

Lard-tasted ones use the flavors of various ingredients such as vegetables and fermented malted rice to make flavor oil.　If you use them, soy meat hamburgers and fried rice will be even more delicious.

 

You may be able to taste vagan baked goods and soy meat hamburgers and so on made with its oils with animal richness at your local restaurants or cafes someday soon!
