The Japan Food Journal published an article on April 28, 2025, about “Premium Food Show 2025”.

This event is a trade show that highlights global food topics such as vegan, gluten-free, halal, and organic. It is held together with one of Japan’s largest exhibitions focused on the food service industry.

VegeProject Japan runs a vegan area every year at this event in cooperation with the show organizers. This year, we hosted the “VEG FOOD EXPO” featuring vegan food and ingredients. We also held a business seminar focused on vegan topics.

VegeProject Japan was interviewed for the article and our activities at our booth, which included introducing vegan-certified products and handing out the “Tokyo VegeMap,” which lists vegan-friendly spots in Tokyo. Our booth activities were also featured in photos.

A comment from our representative, Haruko Kawano, was included:
“We hope more people will start including vegan options in their daily lives.”
