【Sat, Sep. 19】Vegan Food Stall at a Local Summer Festival in Kita City, Tokyo!

On Saturday, September 19, VegeProject Japan will have a food stall at a summer festival organized by the Baba Neighborhood Association in Kita City, Tokyo. We hope this will be an opportunity for people in the local community, where VegeProject has its office, to try vegan food and learn more about veganism.

We plan to sell vegan steamed buns made with soy meat, as well as pineapple cakes, cookies, and other sweets made without eggs or dairy products by Shochikuen, a vegan-certified shop. VegeProject individual members will help run the stall on the day. Haruka Iwahashi, owner of Shochikuen, and Haruko Kawano, President of VegeProject Japan, are also scheduled to participate.

It is a small local festival held in a neighborhood park, but if you are nearby, we would be delighted to see you there!
