Toyama Prefecture holds seminar on post-Covid tourism, VegeProject participates as lecturer on providing for vegetarians

On June 24th 2021, VegeProject‘s Director Haruko Kawano will be speaking about vegetarianism in Toyama Prefecture’s seminar “Toyama Prefecture and providing for tourists in preparation for the tourism recovery period.”

In preparation for the post-Covid tourism boom, there is again an interest in vegan and plant-based foods.

In addition to the basics, Director Kawano will be speaking on global and domestic trends, as well as practical tips for providing for vegetarians.

In addition to vegetarianism, this seminar will also cover other topics with experts.
