The “Premium Food Show 2021” will be held at Tokyo Bigsite from April 21st to April 23rd. A whole section called the “Vegetarian Food Zone” has been introduced this year, and is specifically designated to showcase vegetarian and vegan products, and a large number of companies using VegeProject Japan’s Vegan Certification mark will be there. On April 22nd, VegeProject Japan director Kawano Haruko and Food Policy Manager from Humane Society International will hold a seminar titled “The growing vegetarian / vegan market: national and international situation, and solutions for your business”.
At this seminar, we will introduce the basics of vegetarian and vegan catering, as well as present the different ways in which VegeProject Japan and Humane Society International can support businesses in their development of vegetarian and vegan options.
