Vegan workshop with Kagome & VegeProject by Tokyo government

On 4th of March 2021, we will be holding a workshop to help professionals working at restaurants, hotels, stores, and tourism-related establishments in Tokyo to have a better understanding of and be better equipped to handle vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based customers.

This program is sponsored by Tokyo government as one of their projects welcoming tourists.

The content of the workshop will be as follows:

1. An introductory lecture on how to be responsive to vegetarian and vegan customers by VegeProject Japan’s Haruko Kawano

2. Kagome Corporation will introduce some new vegan and vegetarian recipes

3. Exchanging ideas and taking with vegan people

* Only business people in Tokyo can apply for this workshop and there are 15 spaces.
